Ntc33 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the ntc33 platform. By registering or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out here.

2. Account Creation and Security
To access the full range of ntc33 services, you will need to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during and after registration remains truthful.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any existing balances.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential, including your username and password. ntc33 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact ntc33 support immediately. You remain responsible for all activity on your account until the appropriate security measures have been taken.
Ntc33 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
- Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process
- Attempting to hack, sabotage, or disrupt platform functionality
- Creating multiple accounts by the same individual
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Ntc33 users are required to use the platform in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner. You agree not to use the ntc33 platform to:
- Any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law
- Fraud, identity theft, or impersonation
